01Who we are, and what you are agreeing to

CIY Capital is operated by Red Rose Technologies LLC (“CIY Capital,” “we,” “us”). “You” means the person using this site, purchasing a membership, or attending a session.

By purchasing a membership, creating an account, or attending a live session, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not purchase and do not attend.

02What we provide

Educational content about futures markets, primarily NASDAQ-100 (NQ) and S&P 500 (ES) index futures. Depending on your membership, this may include pre-market preparation, live sessions in which Ron Rose trades his own account and explains his reasoning in real time, daily recaps, written lessons, practice tools, and access to a members’ chat.

03What we are not

CIY Capital and Red Rose Technologies LLC are not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, commodity trading advisor, commodity pool operator, or futures commission merchant. We are not registered with the SEC, CFTC, NFA, or FINRA. Nothing we publish is investment advice, financial advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any instrument.

Watching Ron take a trade is not an instruction to take that trade. He trades his own capital, at his own size, for his own reasons. Every decision you make in your account is yours.

04Risk disclosure

Trading futures and options on futures involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every investor.

Leverage works against you as readily as it works for you. You can lose more than your initial deposit, and you may be liable for losses beyond the funds in your account. The majority of retail traders lose money.

Only trade with capital you can afford to lose entirely. Consider your financial condition, experience, and objectives carefully, and consult a licensed professional before trading.

05No performance promises

We do not promise, guarantee, or imply any profit, income, or specific trading result. No statement about past results should be read as an indication of future results.

Any results shown, whether from Ron’s account or from a member, are specific to that person and that period and are not typical. Where results are hypothetical, simulated, or back-tested, they are labeled as such and carry inherent limitations: they are prepared with the benefit of hindsight, involve no financial risk, and cannot account for the effect of real money on decision making.

06Membership, billing, and renewal

Monthly memberships bill on the same day each month until cancelled. Annual memberships bill once per year until cancelled. Prices are shown at checkout and charged in US dollars. Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout.

Rate locks. If your rate was described as locked when you purchased, that rate applies for as long as your membership remains continuously active. If you cancel and later rejoin, you rejoin at the then-current rate.

07The 30-day guarantee

If The Floor is not worth it to you within your first 30 days, email info@ciycapital.com and we will refund your first payment in full. You keep any recordings you have already downloaded.

One guarantee per person, and it applies to your first membership only. It does not apply to renewals or to a second membership after a cancellation.

08Cancelling

Cancel anytime using the billing portal link on your receipt, or by emailing us. Cancellation stops all future charges.

Outside the 30-day guarantee, cancelling does not refund the period you are currently in. Your access continues through the end of that paid period.

09Your seat is yours

One person per membership. Do not share your login, your room link, or your seat with anyone else.

Do not record, repost, resell, or redistribute sessions, recordings, lessons, watchlists, or chat content. Everything we publish is our intellectual property and is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use for as long as your membership is active.

10Conduct in the room

Inside any CIY Capital session or chat, do not:

• Solicit other members or promote other services, prop firms, signal groups, courses, or affiliate offers without written permission from us.
• Give financial or investment advice to other members.
• Harass, threaten, or demean anyone.
• Share another member’s account details, personal information, or trading results outside the room.

We may remove anyone for any of the above, without refund beyond the 30-day guarantee.

11Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end a membership that violates these terms. If we end your membership without cause, we refund the unused portion of your current billing period.

12Privacy

We collect what you provide at checkout: name, email address, phone number, and billing address. Payment card details are handled entirely by Stripe and never reach our servers.

We do not sell your information. See our Privacy Policy for the full detail.

13Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim relating to these terms or your membership is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

We are not liable for trading losses, lost profits, or any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Some states do not allow these limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

14Indemnification

You agree to hold Red Rose Technologies LLC, CIY Capital, and Ron Rose harmless from any claim, demand, loss, or expense arising out of your trading decisions, your use of the service, or your violation of these terms.

15Disputes and governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any action arising out of these terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Broward County, Florida, and both parties consent to that jurisdiction.

Before filing anything, email us and give us 30 days to work it out. Most problems get solved in one conversation.

16Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Material changes are announced by email to active members and posted here with a new effective date. Continuing to use the service after that date means you accept the updated terms.
