Refund Policy

01The 30-day guarantee

If The Floor is not worth it to you within your first 30 days, email info@ciycapital.com and we will refund your first payment in full. You keep any recordings you have already downloaded. No forms, no argument.

One guarantee per person, and it applies to your first membership only. It does not apply to renewals, or to a second membership after a cancellation.

02After the first 30 days

Cancel anytime using the billing portal link on your receipt, or by emailing us. Cancellation stops all future charges.

Outside the 30-day guarantee, cancelling does not refund the billing period you are currently in. Your access continues through the end of that paid period, and nothing further is charged.

03Billing and automatic renewal

Monthly memberships bill on the same day each month until cancelled; annual memberships bill once per year until cancelled. Prices are shown at checkout and charged in US dollars.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Card details never reach our servers. If your payment method fails and is not updated, your membership may end at the close of the period already paid for.

04One-off digital products

Individual digital products (courses, downloads, recordings sold outside a membership) are delivered immediately and cannot be returned, so those sales are final once the product has been delivered, except where the product page states its own guarantee or the law of your jurisdiction requires otherwise.

05Taxes

Fees are exclusive of any taxes, levies, or duties imposed by a taxing authority; where sales tax applies it is calculated at checkout, and you are responsible for any taxes arising from your purchase.

06Where this policy sits

This policy is part of our Terms of Service, which state the same guarantee in section 07. If this page and the Terms ever disagree, the Terms govern. Questions: info@ciycapital.com.
